Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of the brands you purchase through us, we offer a no hassle full refund within 30-days from parcel arrival back to your transaction account. Please email us (lucysorganicshq@gmail.com) for any refund requests and with your original shipping box, Lucy’s Organics will provide a return shipping label.
For Australian orders, you can have the label printed for free at any Australia Post.
For orders inside the United States, please take your parcel to any USPS Store with a return label printed.
Size Exchanges
If you need a size exchange, please follow the refund process and place a separate order for the new size.
